CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY

Please understand that your health is ultimately your responsibility and that my role is to help you develop and optimize your skills. This is a collaborative relationship, and in order to ensure optimal care, the following is required:

1) All visits are by appointment only and will be primarily telehealth sessions. If you cannot make your appointment, please give me 24 hours advance notice.

2) Payment is due at the time of service.

3) There are "No Show" charges. The first "No Show" will be charged $35.00. Any second "No Show" will be charged the entire fee.

4). No insurance is accepted, however I will provide all necessary information with instructions for you to file.

Individual Psychotherapy 50-60 minutes............$190.00
Couples/Family 60-70 minutes.........................$215.00
